Outdoor areas
The cottages with secure gardens, ideal for families with small children.
The apartments all have balconies or outside areas with good sea views.
Location
The Bredon Court properties are close to town with all conveniences (supermarket etc.) within a short walk, yet they are very quiet and have easy access to the beach via a path across the golf course.
The Ocean 1 properties are on the Pentire peninsula, and are about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. They are 100 yards from steps leading down to the beach, passing by an excellent beach bar/restaurant and surf equipment hire half way down.
Pets
All properties are dog-friendly. Dogs must be well behaved, not on furniture or in bedrooms, and no evidence left behind. Properties with outside areas (4 Bredon Court and Apt 2 Ocean 1) may be the most suitable. There is a small extra charge.
Disabled friendly
41 Bredon Court is wheelchair accessible.
Smoking policy
All properties are non-smoking
Changeover day
Bookings are normally for 7 nights, with changeover day on Saturday. Short breaks are available out of high season.
